These can be delivered by themselves or with e-learning to ensure that everyone comes in with a baseline level of knowledge, and a shared language for the topics at hand.

TCS_CSRD workshop

WORKSHOP

The Climate Fresk

A fun, collaborative and scientific workshop to map out the causes and consequences of climate change and discuss how they relate to your industry and role.

Now played by more than 350,000 people worldwide, The Climate Fresk is an innovative, collaborative and scientific workshop on climate change.

In three hours, participants are tasked to reconstitute the causal link between 42 cards summarising UN science on our climate system, the causes for the climate crisis, and its consequences.

The workshop is followed by a debrief and discussion on concrete and scalable actions to mitigate the climate crisis. 

  • Scientific: Climate Fresk is neutral and objective. It only deals with established scientific facts from the IPCC reports.
  • Accessible: In just 3 hrs, participants can take a step back and understand the systemic nature of climate change. ​
  • Effective: through a shared understanding of the mechanisms at work, participants will be able to reflect together on industry and role specific solutions.​

WORKSHOP

Confident client conversations

The sustainable client conversations workshops are designed to simulate realistic conversations between your employees and a client, where they discuss sustainability issues together.

The aim of the workshops is to give your employees a safe space to practice how to address these conversations, thus giving them the confidence to thrive in their day-to-day work. 

The workshops are split into two parts: one client conversation workshop, followed by a reflect and share workshop, with one ‘real-life’ practice exercise in between.
