Research & Thought Leadership
A research-led approach underpins everything we do.
Our research and thought leadership offering helps organisations make sense of the issues that matter to them and take a stance on them, whether that is through internal strategies or external content.
Our approach
to provide answers
What does this look like?
Research methods we employ
Through a range of research approaches, we help clients to articulate key questions, design and execute research programmes to provide answers, and translate the results into the content they need.
This might be an internally-facing briefing that helps your leaders to understand the implications of an emergent issue for the business. It could also be a published report that shares your insights on an issue of shared importance and helps establish your organisation as a thought leader on that topic.
Comprehensive reviews of existing professional and academic literature. This ensures we’re adding to the debate, not the noise, with what we produce, and that our clients are informed by the latest-available thinking and data.
Custom surveys for a variety of audiences, from specialists in certain domains to global business leaders.
Interviews designed and conducted to glean deeper insights and point towards where a topic is going next.
Ethnographic interviews and focus groups to explore the experiences and perspectives of different demographics.
Some questions don’t have certain answers. Scenario planning techniques help map out different possible futures and unpack their implications for stakeholders.
Developing and analysing new datasets to generate insights and highlight trends or patterns.
Every Job is a Climate Job
Our in-depth research reached over 7,000 respondents from countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia, across 15 major industries, to assess employee knowledge of climate change and its impact on economies and society. The survey also gauged their willingness to take climate action at work, and their ability to do so today.
