A pilot program for a new era of transformative change

We live in a time of polycrisis. In an unstable world, technology and resources are not enough to overcome the challenges we face — deeper barriers lie in a crisis of values and meaning.

The current moment is calling for leaders who can anchor themselves in their inner core and confront these hard realities.

Transformative Leaders are those who:

  • Thrive in ambiguity and rapid change

  • Inspire others to persevere through sacrifice and uncertainty

  • Engage allies across divides when resources are unclear

  • Build and reform systems for a new age

This 3-day immersive retreat, led by Rebecca Henderson, is a pilot for a new model of transformative leadership.

You will leave with:

  • Practical frameworks to apply immediately

  • Repeatable practices for clarity and resilience

  • A shared language to align diverse teams

  • A trusted peer community to support your journey
