Biodiversity & Business

85% of companies in the S&P Global 1200 have a significant dependency on nature across their direct operations. Yet biodiversity is in rapid decline, and business is part of the problem.

In Biodiversity & Business, Kite Insights has worked with leaders in the field to explore the opportunities for business to become part of the solution. Companies are making the transition to nature-positive business practices and in doing so are building their resilience and competitive advantage.

What does it cover?

  1. Understanding the link between business and biodiversity
  2. Understanding the impacts of business on biodiversity
  3. The shift towards nature-positive business
  4. Fostering meaningful action in business for biodiversity

The course is designed to engage employees in navigating the complexities of the topic. Whilst recognising the tensions that exist in the transition towards being nature-positive, the course provides a pathway through the noise and highlights the opportunities to create change.

By the end of this course your teams will be informed and engaged role-players, assisting in the shift towards nature-positivity.

Circularity & Business

Our current linear economy is dominated by a ‘take-make- discard’ model. The current rate at which we consume raw materials far outweighs our planet’s capacity to replenish these withdrawals. Is there a way for business to re- think how we use materials and allocate value, and in the process restore our planet?

In Circularity & Business, Kite Insights has worked with leaders in the field to explore regenerative approaches of the circular economy.

The course is designed to inspire your teams to innovate internally and collaborate externally. Real-world examples and case studies provide practical insights, while interactive elements expose students to new incoming regulation and consumer preferences.

Employees will leave with a clear understanding of how a more circular approach can decrease resource use and future-proof their company.

What does it cover?

  1. Time for a circular economy
  2. Business and the circular economy
  3. Is circularity the silver bullet?
  4. Your company
